If I qualify, can I still get grant money, no matter what college I am going to?

I want to become a nurse, I dont know what it would take to get a scholarship, I have a 3.9, participate in clubc, sports, and church.

But I probly will have to get a grant and I was wondering if it mattered what college I wanted to go to

No. It does not matter what college you wish to attend. If you are eligible for grants of any kind, they will go to whichever college you choose to go to.

it don’t matter what college you decide to attend, and with a grant you don’t have to pay it back.

You do not need to go to a specific school so long as the grant is a federal grant. Federal grants can be used at just about any college or university. Most colleges give scholarships (money you don’t pay back just like grants) that can be used at that specific school only so that may persude you to go to a certain school to get the grant and scholarship. I think every school you apply to should at least offer you half tuition up to full scholarship if your entire application package is as good as your gpa.
