Hello how are you? No it definitely doesn’t matter what college you want to go to. Actually that college may provide grants and other financial aid resources to you. You do not need to go to a specific school so long as the grant is a federal grant. Federal grants can be used at just about any college or university. Most colleges give scholarships (money you don't pay back just like grants) that can be used at that specific school only so that may persude you to go to a certain school to get the grant and scholarship. I think every school you apply to should at least offer you half tuition up to full scholarship if your entire application package is as good as your gpa.

No. It does not matter what college you wish to attend. If you are eligible for grants of any kind, they will go to whichever college you choose to go to.
