if you failed a college class using Pell Grant money, you attended all the classes, What happens ?

Do you have to pay financial aid back the money you spent on the class?

No you don’t have to take the class over, you only have to take it over if its required for gen ed requirements or for your major or minor. (this is a not a financial aid regulation but an issue for your counseling office)

If you just fail one class nothing happens with fin aid. Your "overall GPA" for the semester is looked at rather than the one class. So if you are taking 6 classes, make A’s in all but one and an F in the other your GPA will still be above a 2.0 and you’ll be fine.
