Hi yahoo answers what is the basic idea behind the college grant money.Please help me out.
The idea of providing grant for college education for individuals is to ensure that no child is left behind and not able to complete his college studies for the want of money.So they can do their higher studies by means of Grant.The basic purpose of these specialized grant programs is to promote the use and benefits of the study of that particular subject.
