Most colleges will offer student loans guaranteed by the federal government (stafford, perkins loans, etc.) on top of state and federal need-based grants.

The best method for getting more aid would be to fill out your FAFSA the moment you file your taxes (next year; try to do this all at the end of January) as need based aid is often first come-first serve.

In addition to this, you can talk to financial aid office at the college you want to attend and see if they have a scholarship packet that you can fill out, or scholarship / aid workshops that you can attend.

I have been through 3 colleges and most of them offered these sorts of services, a great help when I needed it most.

All this failing, if you can get help from your parents you may be able to get a PLUS loan (Parent Loans for Undergraduate Students) or a third party loan with any credit worthy co-signer.

Good luck, it can be intimidating but it gets easier each year!
References :
As you know college is expensive. However the price they advertise is only the "sticker" price, like when you buy a new car. Some colleges make "non need based" aid available. That means you can get money even if you don't otherwise qualify financially. The hard part is knowing which schools do this and how to approach them. But it CAN be done. I'll be glad to send you a bimonthly newsletter that will help you with this (not spam, I promise). Take a look at the most recent newsletter: http://www.collegeassistanceplus.com/newsletter/AugSept072.html
