I’ve heard Obama is giving foreigners free Nursing Scholarships in the US?

I’ve been told as part of Obama’s health care reform, that he is offering free scholarships to foreigners who want to study Nursing in the US? Has anyone read his plan, and is this true? When American born students still have to pay?
If you find this difficult to believe, then you may want to ask those that have read the entire bill. I did, and this was one of the issues the Nurses in the US are furious about. Read the whole thing. It is preposterous.

Considering that he has the backing of both the American Nurses Association and the American Medical Association, I find this *very* hard to believe.

Do you have a press release, speech, or bill proposal showing this? I couldn’t find anything that cites foreign nurses (but plenty showing increased student aid for nurses in the U.S.).

I find that highly unlikely, but don’t know for sure.
