Do a little research and find a few of them. Also check with the department you plan to major in and see if they have any department-specific scholarships you can apply for. And fill out the FAFSA, there are still grants through the feds that you can get as a transfer student. And GREAT plan to go to community college first; that will save you more than some people get in grants and scholarships! You will find most scholarships are for incoming freshman only. But there are some out there for transfer students, especially if your GPA is high. Just go on line to the schools web site, go to scholarships, then to transfer students.
